I recently bought my first car from here. From start to finish, the service was impeccable and nothing was too much for them. We felt looked after throughout the whole process, they were great with our kids and even picked us up from the train station when we had problems getting there on collection day. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Dan White was super helpful and professional. My son purchased a really nice pre-owned car. The process was very efficient and it gave confidence to the purchase. Minor hiccup with a leaky valve on a new tyre but Dan had it resolved within the hour. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for new or used.

Fantastic customer service from Dan White. Only went to look at car availability in the area and the girlfriend ended up purchasing a new car! Dan was fantastic, not in your face type of sales, perfect test drive and guided us through every step of the sale without a single ounce of pressure. We paid a visit on a Sunday afternoon looking for a second car for the family. The sales rep Dan White helped us and was more than accommodating with advise and his time. We did a test drive that went a little beyond their open time. Not once were we pushed to finish. We booked another test drive for the following week and Dan was again great in getting the car ready. Super service which resulted in a sale. Everything was so we?ll communicated and at a pace that we could understand all the jargon. Great service and would highly recommend.

I am not one to post reviews however on this occasion I must express and give a review on my recent purchase.Currently experiencing buying a vehicle is extremely difficult, however luckily I found a company (Cumbria Suzuki) who sell high quality used vehicles as well as new vehicles.I came across the company on the internet ,not really knowing what vehicle to purchase and to be fair my budget was set so I was a little hesitant,I seen a seat leon which was advertised with only one picture of the exterior and really liked it.I rang up and the sales person Dan picked up.I requested more pictures of the vehicle as I wanted to see the vehicle before coming down as it was quite a-bit of a distance from where I live.Dan then said they just got the vehicle and as it?s not been cleaned they?ve not taken many pictures of it however he will get it cleaned and send me the pictures across which he did.He was also extremely helpful with answering all the question I had regarding the car.Once I received all the pictures and details of the vehicle I then made my way down and was greeted by the reception staff who offered me a drink and called DanI was not pressured in buying a vehicle which was not in my budget, He actually took time to speak to me and understand what I was looking for and then presented me with the vehicle which was exactly as he said it was.He took care of everything from assisting me with all the paper works to ensuring the vehicle will be cleaned inside and out to a showroom standard as well getting it serviced and mot,which was a bonus when I come to collect it.I found Cumbria Suzuki to be the best choice for me to buy a vehicle, and I have with pride recommend them to all my family and friends who are looking to buy a vehicle.Honest, reliable and no stress is what I can say. If you are in need of buying a car then do not hesitate in popping in and speaking to the staff, you will build a good rapport with them and I am sure they can source the best car for yourself within the best price range no matter the price budget.With this all being said I am enjoying my new vehicle very much thanks to Dan and the team at Cumbria Suzuki
