If I could give you 100 stars I would. The team were helpful about the change of accounts and monies following a death in the family. We were treated with sensitivity and good old common sense, no jargon. I am so pleased we were able to see someone face to face and talk through the issues we may have. I am glad my family have accounts with you. I know that they will be looked after when I return home.

I used the Cumberland for a mortgage application. Chloe was our mortgage advisor very helpful and quick to respond to emails. This made the processes very easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage.
