Had a lovely experience earlier this afternoon, a young blonde lady was very helpful and kind in finding shoe sizes for us and recommending us what to do in order to make sure the shoes could be more comfortable. I hope you have a lovely day.

While buying some shoes today my friend asked the woman if she could put the shoes on that she was going to buy. The lady said yes then as my friend was putting them on the woman watched her and said to me not knowing that we where friends I am just making sure that she doesn't run out of the shop with them.I was so offended and believed this to be so rude. I was also even more offended at the fact that sheif I wasn't her friend she would have been discussing something like that with another customer about her.This is not acceptable ?

I came into Clarks outlet with my son today who had been previously fitted but was complaining the shoes were too tight.Immediately Helen and the team helped me and my son, find a new comfortable pair of shoes. Nothing was too much trouble and they exchanged the ill fitting shoes for a great fitting new pair. Thank you so much for your help, highly recommended Helen and her team.

I preferred when the shop was in the old K factory when there was more space. However still the place for some great bargains. I always buy my son's school shoes. Friendly staff.

Excellent service as normal always buy my grandkids school shoes here. My dad, now 97, worked for K shoes for 40 years before they were bought by Clarke's.
