Just got my nose pierced this afternoon, big thanks to the two lovely girls who were working there today! It was 40 mins till close when I walked in bur they both were super helpful and were more than happy to help me, went through all the jewellery options, aftercare, placement of the jewellery & I got 20% off in store after I got it done! I didn't get their names but one had coppery hair and glasses and one had dark hair and a nose stud in ?! Thanks girls!

The place was rubbish didn?t accept a refund on a FAKE body piercing that only went into my hand, then I realised that it wouldn?t work for me. the store manager (Emma) was a horrible communicator and was so rude on multiple occasions. Refused to give a refund or swap the item

We recently held my granddaughters birthday party at Claire's in Kendal. The girls all had a really enjoyable time. Emma was excellent. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

My 5 year old wanted to buy something for a friend at the last minute that she'd seen. Drove quickly over, paid for parking, ran through the rain, and got to the shop 7 mins before advertised closing. Tried the door and it was locked. Knocked on the door and the woman who was maybe 3 metres away behind the glass and had seen and heard us trying the door hid from us behind the display while my daughter knocked on the glass.If you close earlier than advertise then maybe update your details online. Waste of 45 mins rushing in the rain to town.

Have to say what absolutely delightful store assistants in your Kendal shop I don?t know there names the woman had green hair and pierced my nose the date was 17 th July 2021 she was absolutely amazing 10 /10

Went to purchase body jewellery, asked if they would be likely to get more choice in, the assistant said "you don't have to buy it from here." Thanks, that is very helpful to know.
