Just got my nose pierced this afternoon, big thanks to the two lovely girls who were working there today! It was 40 mins till close when I walked in bur they both were super helpful and were more than happy to help me, went through all the jewellery options, aftercare, placement of the jewellery & I got 20% off in store...

The place was rubbish didn’t accept a refund on a FAKE body piercing that only went into my hand, then I realised that it wouldn’t work for me. the store manager (Emma) was a horrible communicator and was so rude on multiple occasions. Refused to give a refund or swap the item

We recently held my granddaughters birthday party at Claire's in Kendal. The girls all had a really enjoyable time. Emma was excellent. Thank you. Would highly recommend.
