Son brought a Samsung phone. The sales assistant gave good honest advice and answered all our questions. Without pushing for a sale.Phone was a good price and came with a case,cable, plug, and a warranty.And they fitted a screen protector (£10 extra, the going rate at any phone shop)

I don't like the idea of paying a lot for a new phone and bought a Sony L1 for under £100 which works well. The staff are friendly and even though my old Sony wasn't worth anything they do check all the phones they sell. You get a 2 year guarantee as well, which is great. I've bought other items from CEX in the past and so far haven't been disappointed.

My phone needed to be analysed for a fault. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. I also use the one in Granada, Spain and those guys are also very helpful. CEX is a great place for used electronics and they also give a 24 month guarantee. If you don't want to pay an arm and a leg for phone, shop here.
