I purchased a Samsung S23 Ultra (512 GB, Grade C) from CeX , expecting minor wear and tear. Instead, the phone arrived with concrete powder and sand in the charging port and S-Pen slot?completely unacceptable.
When I visited the Kendal branch on 13/11/2024 (1-2 PM) to address this, the staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. They refused to listen, avoided responsibility, and promised to call me later that day but never did. The entire experience was appalling. Poor product quality and even worse customer service. Would not recommend!

Amazing service! I can't thank the Kendal team enough. Ordered a Microsoft Surface twice through CEX online and both times there were issues, which I won't go into detail here.
The team was exceptional, really patient and showed great knowledge of devices, systems and procedures.
Ended up getting my device and could not be happier. Thank you Team!!

Son brought a Samsung phone. The sales assistant gave good honest advice and answered all our questions. Without pushing for a sale.Phone was a good price and came with a case,cable, plug, and a warranty.And they fitted a screen protector (£10 extra, the going rate at any phone shop)
