My daughter and I had a very beautiful meal in the restaurant the hotel is stunning and so friendly all staff went up and above to make our experience special. Food was delicious well presented and every thing complimented each other also great usage of herbs fresh from the herb garden. We would like to thank everyone for making our visit for a beautiful meal so special would highly recommend this place you work so hard and nothing is any bother thank you.

We just had a really relaxing break away. We arrived to find that we were upgraded because of a special occasion. This was such a suprise and treat.
We went for the afternoon tea bed and breakfast deal.
Afternoon tea was delicious (we didn't need anything for an evening meal) and breakfast was a help yourself buffet style. Breakfast staff were a bit slow in re stocking things but very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely stay here again.

Good location to get to the lakes ,rooms are clean and serviced daily, breakfast is great but chef could do with an assistant, things need replenishing more.staff running around with poached eggs not knowing who ordered them, apart from that I would recommend this hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely hotel, with great facilities. The bed was amazing and the curtains blackout so had the best night's sleep. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Shame about the restaurant for the evening meal and the bar is quite expensive, menu is limited. The pub attached is better value
