Came here for a day on the range and some food. Cracking driving range facility with some really good tech and great prices on balls and pretty cheap to rent some clubs for the day. All of the staff were lovely and plenty of people on the driving range took the time out of their day to help me with my swing as i'm only just starting out. The club shop was really well stocked and the staff were very helpful too.
On to the food, we sat outside overlooking the 18th green and got to watch some cracking shots while enjoying some lovely food as well. Loads of choice on the menu. I had the classic burger (pictured) which was lovely and my partner had a brilliant pizza one of the best i've had in a while! The staff in the restaurant were lovely and kind and welcoming too. The prices of the food were relatively good value and the coffee was nice too.
I have nothing bad to say about my trip and would definitely recommend anyone from beginner to pro to come to the driving range and the course looked great too. And of course I recommend the restaurant too! Lovely trip out!

My wife and I played here a couple of days ago brilliant course grees great staff in the the shop were kind and welcoming.But in the restaurant the food and staff brilliant also and prices great I would 100 percent go back again for a golf break ?

Decent venue and nice challenging course. Greens in really good condition. Just a shame our tee time coincided with a shotgun start Mcclures Golf Society, so we had to deal with an entitled man baby who demanded we get off the course (not that we did of course).
You've got a decent package up there, Carus. You just need to sort your bookings out a bit better, as it put a bit of a dampener on an otherwise enjoyable golf break.

Another first time playing Carus a bit of a jag but well worth it. Lovely course in pristine condition, short but tricky, with lovely fairways, and immaculate greens that hard to read, but true.The Scenery is beautiful, and I would love another visit, with a stay over. I would highly recommend playing Carus, with friendly staff and members.

Had 2 rounds of golf Sunday and Monday, absolutely fabulous course, immaculate fairways and best greens I have played on. Not a long course but a true test, had to think about each shot, position and each put. Facilities were great too, staff, welcoming and always a smile to greet you. Will definitely be returning 100%. 5stars.

The golf club is really good the golf course is fantastic with very fast greens really friendly and helpful staff we booked a two course meal after the game.
Wish we hadn't it was awful started with soup which was like dish water with some vegetables in it the second course was pie chips & peas the pie was like one you get from £1 bakery about 8 chips not chunky and garden peas thought we might have had mushy peas.
All in all great days golf shame about the meal after
