“If I could give you 100 stars I would. The team were helpful about the change of accounts and monies following a death in the family. We were treated with sensitivity and good old common sense, no jargon. I am so pleased we were able to see someone face to face and talk through the issues we may have. I am glad my family have accounts with you. I know that they will be looked after when I return home.”
“Closed all day on Wednesday’s, not helpful when you need to go into the bank. What a strange day to close all day. What is going on with banks going part time and some closing branches altogether. I wish there were other currencies to deal in except for Bank of England cash. It’s very restrictive when banks are going part time or closing, not convenient or practical anymore.”
