Shopping for a mattress / bed frame can be confusing. BUT, at Bensons Kendal their friendly and knowledgeable service made the process easy from discussion to delivery. So much so, I?ve been back to purchase more mattresses as the quality and comfort have been exceptional. Who doesn?t LOVE a good nights sleep! Thank you Sue and Michael.

the local store manager was awesome right the way through the purchasing & ordering experience. I can't fault her willingness to help and fit the delivery of a bed into our arrangements. I say this because we were moving at the time and our completion date was constantly changing.

Would like to thank both Colin and Lewis the delivery guys as they had to carry our new bed up to the third floor which is not the easiest staircase. They are a credit to the company.

The lady that was dealing with us was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed whilst not making us feel pressured into anything and allowed us to have a look around. Plus she had to deal with our 2 year old chatting away to her she was amazing

The Kendal showroom has lots of options to choose from, all set out clearly with information and prices. Michael listened to what we wanted and helped us find possible options. He was patient and not at all a 'pushy salesman' which was refreshing! He left us to it to try different mattresses and then was great at the end telling us about delivery and aftercare. It's rare now to find great service like that so I just wanted to say thank you to him!

Went to Kendal store , (having been some 12 years ago, ) again found the staff excellent, very helpful, and knowledgeable about the mattresses for sale. Sue was excellent and very helpful.

Sue was extremely efficient and helpful with all my queries and was very patient with me when I changed my mind several times! Tina who also interacted with me was equally as helpful and friendly. A lovely team in Kendal Bensons for Beds. Lots of products to try out as well.
