Still spoiled by much larger stores down south. Nevertheless this is a great shop with great staff. Entrance and exit around garden centre however is tricky with a full flatbed trolley.

Not a lot of choice of wallpapers. Plenty of paint colours. Not much in lamp shades. Well laid out, staff friendly

The click and collect service is good.. but keep away from the store on a Sunday. The staff were congregating around the front of the store but no staff are available to help when as a customer you need help with timber etc. Spend half your time trying to find a staff member to help. Do not recommend ..

I wanted some small screws for door handles needed quickly 50 small screws 15.98. Amazon 3.99 for 20. How is B &Q still in business won't be for much longer at this rate. Help from the assistant was good.

Although not always stocked with items one would feel are common need ie rain pipe brackets, I find the staff are extremely helpful. One member of staff took a lot of trouble helping me re hoses and fittings. Their order and collect works well too.
