“RAC brought me here last minute in a Friday when we broke down halfway down from Scotland to the south coast. These guys pulled out all the stops to fit us in and get us back on the road. Even took me into to the garage to explain what they had to do to fix the car. I don't review often but this is a well deserved 5 stars.”

“We were on a holiday in Windermere and unfortunately our car overheated. It had issues with the engine coolant. It was very for us stressful as there was no garage nearby who can fix the car. Mark's Auto Services was the 9th phone call I did that day. He was very helpful and understanding, and he slotted us in. The car was fixed for about an hour, and we were back on the road. “Well what can I say, Lakeland have really out done them selfs on my T5 and provided what I would consider a service second to none! My baby is now ready to hit the road for summer, they sourced and installed new wheels, side awning, side and rear windows, insulated / trimmed out the back and fitted new lighting in the rear, all of which is installed to an extremely high standard, I thought I’d try my luck and get them to service it while it was in the workshop, thankfully they were able to facilitate my request as well giving her a full valet and detailing before collection, she looks fantastic and like she has just come out of the showroom, many thanks guys you have really provided a top class service!Having looked around for a while Lakeland has most defiantly provided me the best advice they could possible provide, not only taking the time to discuss my needs (wish list) and budget, they provided a very competitive cost, fantastic workmanship and excellent service ? a massive thanks to Lee and your team for all you have done 5 star job and service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ nothing is too much trouble. “Both of my front wheel bearings needed replacing. My usual garage could only book me in 3 weeks later. So I called Castle and they fitted them the next day. There was a problem with a connecting wire after a few days, and within one hour of calling Castle about it, I was driving home with it fixed. Very impressive, nice job Castle.”

Andrew and his team went out of their way to find a spare part despite being quoted an 8 week lead time from the manufacturer.
