“Love this bank better than my old bank HSBC the staff are easy and friendly to talk too. You can get things sorted by going into the bank without phoning. Good English speaking staff that understand your needs. Thumbs-up for Nat West. ?”
“Closed all day on Wednesday’s, not helpful when you need to go into the bank. What a strange day to close all day. What is going on with banks going part time and some closing branches altogether. I wish there were other currencies to deal in except for Bank of England cash. It’s very restrictive when banks are going part time or closing, not convenient or practical anymore.”
“Great for a pop in shop or a big shop. Plenty of different tills open, in person and metal mollies. Staff always helpful.
Good cafe. I recomend all day brunch.”

“I went to the post office today, to send off a parcel to the USA. My parcel was a little over 2kg so it would of cost me a fortune to send it, but the girl who served me (didn’t catch her name) advised me to either split it into two packages or take one bag of chocolates out to make it under 2kg. So I took the bag of chocolates out which saved me about £30. She helped me repackage the parcel. Which was so kind.”
“Place can get busy when the school next door is emptying and filling. Pump access can be a problem sometimes as there can be queues and badly positioned vehicles. The staff are very good & there is a reasonable selection of snacks, papers, milk etc.”

“Went into Barclays bank with my partner who banked there, he had several banking issues and also needed technical support.
We saw Lee who was extremely helpful, calm, respectful and patient especially as the issues took a while to resolve.
