Why is the car park always so full of litter? There are hedges and bushes that could make the entrances and outdoors look great but they are all strewn with litter too. This is my local supermarket that I use several times a week but am increasingly put off using.
The recycling area is just as bad, sometimes overflowing with rubbish.
Pride matters, the car park may not directly make you money but it does make the customer experience much, much more pleasant.

Worst shopping I have ever done at this Asda store. Store is dirty ever since the beginning of like November. Some of the shelves still had out of date food on them. I will be taking my business else where

Might've been the holiday season, but many empty shelves, the shelves that were stocked were immanently going out of date, dirty toilets, dirty shop floor.

Great for a pop in shop or a big shop. Plenty of different tills open, in person and metal mollies. Staff always helpful.
Good cafe. I recomend all day brunch.

Moderate prices, the hall is too large, you have to walk around to find the goods.
I go there because it's close.
You can buy discounted goods due to the expiration date.

A lot of very grubby and unhygienic staff and if the Manager allows that in public, god knows what happens behind the scenes. Poor stock levels and range. Prices very high and still rising. Shop is run down and has an air of impending doom. Everything's got worse since the Issa brothers takeover. Definitely the lowest ranking supermarket in the area.

9.15 am, Saturday 14th September, just had an Asda delivery van driving down Main Street Kirkby lonsdale, window open, swearing and shouting at people. Imagine if this man delivered your groceries ?

Big shout to Nicole in the administration department at Asda for sorting out my refund. I had been unable to get a return refund for over 4 weeks Nicole resolved this in under 25 minutes. Excellent customer service.
