We have just completed on the sale of a property belonging to my late father and I cannot recommend this Estate Agency highly enough. We were unlucky with a series of delays and events beyond the control of either ourselves or the agency, but despite these frustrations the team at Arnold Greenwood worked tirelessly to achieve this sale. They were efficient and professional at all times, communicating promptly and working hard to achieve the sale. They also showed immense patience and kindness. We found Arnold Greenwood one of the most ethical and professional agencies to us as buyers. In a sellers market not all agencies we approached were that helpful but we found AG were both helpful when we approached the agency 6 months prior to purchase (when searching) and when we eventually bought one of their listed properties. We would definitely recommend them and use them in future to sell a property for us.

Arnold Greenwood Estates were first class from start to finish. A guy called Phil showed me a couple of flats in Kendal and he was brilliant and at no point did i feel like a sale was being pursued which makes a great difference when you're a first time buyer with a limited budget. Picked up my first set of keys 3 days ago and the lady that handed me them (Keeley i think) understood the significance of that moment for me which was also fantastic. A great team of staff to work with. 100% recommend them!!
