Been getting my hair done with Zoe for almost 2 years now, from box dye black to a soft, light, ashy brown. Every time I go, the experience is amazing. On top of my hair looking and feeling amazing; all the staff are super attentive, offered a drink on arrival and multiple times throughout your appointment, advised on appropriate aftercare and products to use without trying to up-sell them. For someone with extremely thick and long hair, Zoe has always taken her time to make sure my hair is done properly and with my hair?s integrity at heart. I was very lucky to get a last minute appointment with Stacey at 16 The Salon, as I am in The Lakes on holiday but wanted a haircut. I had the best experience at this salon, a fantastic haircut and was made to feel special. I absolutely love how Stacey restyled my hair. Now I just have to find a hairdresser I like as much back at home! Thank you for a wonderful experience and making my holiday extra special.
