We were so impressed with the recent reupholstered chair which Lucianne did for us. It was my grandmother?s chair and has been in the family for years so we needed inspiration to transform it. Lucianne certainly did this! Her amazing talent of recommending colours/designs, transformed the chair and brought it up to date, but it still remains a timeless piece. We can?t thank you enough and we definitely recommend Lucianne and her team if you?re looking for something unique and high quality! Thank you so much! ?

Could not be more happy with the utterly gorgeous transformation of my tired old sofa. Communication was supportive & helpful throughout the whole process of choosing options and now I have the sofa exactly how I want it as one that I?d never find in the shops.

Lucianne and her team worked really hard upholstering our oddly shaped antique armchair. With their exquisite workmanship and care to detail it now looks like it belongs in a Parisian boutique hotel!Also very impressed with their amazing selection of fabrics and trims too. It took us ages to choose!Highly recommended.

Following a swift reply to our initial enquiry it was easy to arrange an appointment to visit the workshop to meet Lucianne and discuss our requirements. We were not 100% on which fabric we wanted for our sofa re-upholstery but Lucianne asked for photos of our sofa and room before hand so she could add some ideas to the mix and advise on things we had not considered. After looking at many samples we were still undecided so went away to think about it and arrange a follow up visit. Once we were set on a fabric, we were given an approximate timeframe when the sofa could be collected, as this approached Lucianne was back in touch to arrange a collection date.Collection was timely and quick and before leaving we were told approximately how long the job would take. A few days before that time elapsed Lucianne was back in touch to confirm she could redeliver it as planned.Redelivery was equally as easy and we were delighted with the result. The sofa looks and feels like new and the finish is exceptional, better than when it was new! The entire process was friendly, efficient, of high quality and we really believed Lucianne cared about the work, this showed by the regular contact and updates and making sure we were happy with the result.We would 100% recommend Lucianne and her business. Thank you Lucianne.

Lucianne absolutely transformed my late father's favourite chair into something that will be loved for decades to come. Her design eye is second to none, the only problem we had was too many good ideas! I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting something of excellent quality & truly unique.

Lucianne has helped us on many occasions now bringing colour and quirkiness to our serviced apartments around Lancaster, Preston and the south lakes.We have used her to re style and refurb all our apartments making them stand out among the crowd and now bringing us more bookings than ever.Her re upholstery and soft furnishing's are second to none.Combine this with her eye for design and your onto a winner.Would highly recommend her services weather it be in a commercial setting or in your own home.Cant wait to work with you again.

I would fully recommend Lucianne and her work as she has been a total pleasure to work with.I first contacted Lucianne as I was interested in reupholstering my extremely tired sofa. She guided me through the whole process and helped enormously with fabric selections, samples and suggestions.She was extremely patient with me (as I tend to take my time when making decisions!).Once I had finally chosen my fabric and the work had been completed, I was blown away by her craftmanship and skill, as it is just perfect. I now love my beautiful sofa and cannot thank her enough?.. but be warned, as once she has done one piece of furniture for you, you?ll want her to do everything!I recommend with no hesitation.

Lucianne did our reupholstery in a private members club , the place looks fresh, modern and smart now . She used her expertise to advise us on different colour schemes and now the place looks a million dollars . Great service and great value , would highly recommend Lucianne upholstery !!
