Room 6, although up two flights of narrow stairs, is lovely. Large windows, nice bath (shower and tub) and spiral stair up to bedroom and roof top terrace. Cozy, quiet, romantic.

I used the cafe, food was excellent as were the staff. Would highly recommend the milkshake, served in a milk bottle. Pricing was good as well. Highly recommended.

Love this place. The only thing that is better than their food (which is gorgeous) is the staff who are some of the nicest and friendliest people in the lakes. If you want a sandwich filled to the brim with the tastiest fillings then you?ve found the right spot for lunch. Oh and my daughter says they do the best chai latte around!

What a great place. I haven't stayed overnight as I have family who I stay with in Cumbria anyhow, but this cafe is my goto place when I start and finish my walks out of Grasmere. All the staff are very friendly and there is a great choice of snacks and meals. Eat in, and a takeaway service is great to load up your rucksack with sarnies and drinks. Milkshakes are fantastic. Thanks to the friendly team ?

Popped in here for a bite to eat and a drink during our visit to Grasmere, what a wonderful place, staff very friendly and polite and the best BLT sandwich weve ever had, prices are good, if you are in the area please please visit, you wont be disappointed.

I just love, love, love this place ??. I have stayed many times, and visited the cafe at every opportunity, and can honestly say that I just love it.
The food is beautiful, quality, and fresh, at a very reasonable price. The atmosphere is friendly always, and staff are just brilliant.
The accommodation side is just perfect. 6 rooms all with their own character, 2 with open balconies - perfect for that afternoon wine overlooking the beautiful fells.. just superbly comfortable and relaxing ?.
I highly recommend Heidi's for cafe trip or a stay, you will not be disappointed. I just love, love, love this place ??..

We stopped by Heidi?s Café in Grasmere during our Lake District trip with my wife and our one-year-old baby ? and honestly, what a lovely little place!
The breakfast was spot on ? fresh, tasty, and just what we needed to start our day. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, even helping us get settled with the baby. The café has such a cosy, homely vibe with a fun, quirky touch (loved seeing all the dogs around too!).
A perfect spot for families, walkers, and anyone looking for good food and a warm atmosphere. Definitely recommend it if you?re in Grasmere ? we?ll be back for sure next time!
