Scones are amazing. Only let down by not serving homemade jam. In such a crafty spot, I would have expected a lovely local homemade jam. Lovely scones though !!

What a fantastic place. Stopped for lunch by the off chance, great menu with very friendly staff. After lunch we had a wonder around a fantastic yard, a chap called Harry helped us with a few bits his knowledge was incredible and was so helpful! Highly recommend, excellent place.

I did not eat here on this occasion. I just had a coffee. The antiques/ceramics, etc.. are pricey but seem well designed.. nice staff who I noticed working outside and had dogs with them. The shop is nice though again quite pricey.

THIS REVIEW IS JUST FOR THE CAFE
used to look forward to coming here but not sure if it's changed of late. Food was fine but my main problem is no mention of ingredients on the menu. My partner got a korean chicken burger because they love korean food but when it arrived it had lots of mayonnaise all over it which wasn't at all mentioned on the menu. They don't like mayonnaise but what if they were allergic to it and just blindly took a bite and had an allergic reaction? Luckily they checked beforehand and they ended up having my beef brisket eggs benedict which they enjoyed but just something to watch out for!

I have been many times for coffee and delicious cakes and so decided to come for lunch this week. Our party of 3 were not disappointed. The duck and noodle salad was delicious and the quiche equally so. I love the menu, it is different but not radical. And sourcing local ingredients in season should be applauded. It?s what we all should be doing more of. Carry on the good work and compliments to the chef. Staff were friendly and welcoming too.

Had a really lovely time here, showed up for brunch on a Friday, ample seating, lovely setting and good food. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The shop itself is well presented and well curated.
Had mushrooms on toast and a brisket eggs Benedict, lovely stuff.
Coffee was a bit burnt for my taste (as in the taste, not that it was actually burnt) but still well made, chai latte was a bit too sweet but again that?s more taste than anything done wrong.
