Very rude staff?? I asked for lightweight, waterproof/walking trainers. I was met with a lecture about how ?wrong? I was about everything I asked for. I have MS and a lot of pain in my feet and legs, so would have appreciated a bit of kindness. I wouldn?t have bought anything, even if they had been able to help me!

A great range of footwear and friendly, knowledgeable service. My wife and I both bought a pair of Grisport walking shoes - reasonably priced, good quality and very comfortable.We?re both very happy to recommend a visit to Lancasters if you?re in the area.
