“Appalling service.and suggest others don't.I purchased a pair of gloves for a present (£14.95).When I gave the gift it turned out that both gloves were for the same hand.I rang to arrange to return these. I had the receipt.The young girl I spoke with was very nice and said she would ask the owner to ring me. This didn't happen.I rang again almost two week later to be told there was nothing they could do.I feel this is is atrocious service, also the owner did not even have the courtesy of returning my call.I have read an earlier report of this shop and have experienced 'attitude' from the owner. Once chatting on the phone whilst customers waiting.I did not return for quite some time however decided to give them another chance and actually spent over £50.I have now learnt my lesson. Won't be going back and suggest others beware.”
