Great practice; expert and friendly staff;superb location overlooking the park and Morecambe Bay. As a bonus, there is an excellent ice-cream parlour next door, ( if your mouth is not still numb!)It's a matter of individual regret, and national shame, that such high quality dental care is so costly and quite unaffordable for the majority of the population. Surely there could be a revised and affordable standardised rate of future NHS charges, somewhere between private and present NHS fees? Compromise is urgently required if the Nation is not to become entirely toothless!!Unfortunately, under the present NHS contract, dentists simply are not allocated sufficient time to deliver the level of service offered privately. Hence the relentless drift away from NHS dentistry. In my 78 years, I have reluctantly parted company with at least 20 excellent dentists who, no longer willing or able to tolerate the tyranny of NHS bureaucracy, consequently retreated to the private sector.Something has to change.....and pretty soon.

This is an excellent dental practice. It is quite expensive but you feel confident that you are receiving first rate treatment and advice.

I had a check up in April and needed some work doing, so after my check up I made an appointment for the work to be done and was very surprised to be given one in September, but put it down to them being busy still catching up from covid backlog. When talking on the phone to the receptionist about a related matter at the beginning of September, she said they had no record of the appointment. Not only would I have to make a new appointment but would also need another appointment beforehand to check my teeth again before carrying out any work. Absolutely no apology for the wait or the mix up, just the tone of voice that left me in no doubt she thought I was lying. Disgusted with the attitude I asked to be removed from their patient list. I have never been happy with the work done on my teeth here, apart from the hygienist, and this was the last straw.

I have just finished a course of cosmetic dentistry with Oliver to straighten my front teeth with Invisalign, whiten them and correct my smile with a filling to worn, uneven front tooth.I'm absolutely delighted with the result. My 2 front teeth were very crooked before and I was quite self conscious about them. They look great now. It's a nice feeling to smile with confidence and not try and hide them all the time. The filling to lengthen the front tooth is a perfect colour match and you can't tell it's filled at all.All round a great experience. Oliver is a very experienced and skilled dentist and I felt 100% confident throughout that I would have a good outcome.Great experience all round. Thank you!

I've been coming to Tom for over 10 years now. He has a fantastic approach. I have had wisdom teeth extracted and an implant as well as routine check-ups and cleaning. No other dentist has come close!

This morning I had an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction with Tom ,to say I?m terrified of the dentist is an understatement .. The procedure has been put back many months due to my father battle with Cancer and sadly we lost that fight.Tom and the team were absolutely lovely to me talking me through the steps as he went . Tom made sure I was totally pain free and probably a Rhino wouldn?t of felt either !!!!This practice showed compassion and empathy in which has been a tough time and a tooth extraction was the last thing on my to do?s !!!If you are an person that has a phobia about the dentist I would strongly recommend Tom and the team to over come some fear.Thanks once againJo Packwood

The team here at Bupa Dental Grange are all friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable. I joined the practice three years ago after a free consultation, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My dental journey has been complex, but every step of the way it has always been explained to me with detail, cost and with what the procedures entailed. During the past year i have managed to crack two teeth which led to me having two extractions. This then progressed to having an implant.The process over all has taken the best part of a year because of covid restrictions.I cant emphasize enough the superb care and attention to detail that i received from Tom and Jade, the whole treatment was painless and brilliantly executed.Totally satisfied with the result.Gordon Grace

Oliver has now treated myself daughter and mother of 92 yrs.We are delighted with his treatment and care.We have all had complicated issues and his care has been impeccable . Tom is amazing, I can't recommend him enough, absolutely brilliant ,I'm a very nervous person when it comes to my teeth and dentists. Tooth extraction! Arrgh nightmare, but didn't feel a thing,thank you for your patience ? ?
