Unfortunately, my Grandma (of whom is partly blind and deaf) had an awful experience here at Avondale. Some members of this team need to learn People skills, Customer service skills.Patience and kindness should be at the forefront of your practice when dealing with elderly individuals. Totally disrespectful.
