Great pub with spectacular views. A little outside of the lively Glenridding and Ullswater. Highly recommend for an authentic pub experience.

Lovely pub with a great selection of beers, friendly staff and quick service! We had the golden ale on cask and it was perfectly moreish, the staff were happy to help and even though it was busy they made sure to keep everyone happy. We also had food. No food eaten by us, but the people next door loved there's. Portion sizes lookd good to. Atmosphere nice. Staff friendly. Reasonably priced drinks. Definitely recommend after a hard day's walking.
