I managed to lock my keys in my car, with the dog inside! I contacted Green Flag and they sent Eden garage to the rescue. Kevin arrived in half an hour and within 15 mins had managed to open the drivers door to allow me to retrieve the key (and dog!) Kevin was very pleasant and personable. If you ever breakdown near Penrith I would recommend Eden garage in Temple Sowerby.

We used Eden Garage for our trip to the Lake District and it was so easy! They met us at Penrith station when we got off the train (great flexibility despite our train being cancelled). Super easy to communicate with throughout and great new car was provided. Would highly recommend.

Very unreasonable company. Make sure they don't rush you when you're checking the van (as they did me). A few minutes after leaving without even going above 30mph I noticed a crack in the windscreen that did not happen while I was in the van. They refused to be reasonable and made me pay for a full new windscreen. BE ON YOUR GUARD.

Really good company. I hired a car from Eden garage at the start of June 2023. All communication was pleasant and professional. They were able to meet us at Penrith station on both arrival and departure and were open on a Sunday too. We had trouble finding a hire place we could return on the Sunday.The car was in great condition, nice and modern and easy to drive.Overall, really happy with the service and would use them again.

Great help and fantastic service! I had brake problems with my truck whilst visiting centre parcs on Friday evening, rang them up on Saturday morning got the truck in and repaired and picked back up in the Monday.Service: Auto maintenance

Fantastic service, car broke down on a66 and managed to get it to centre parks gate house, security officer gave me the number for Eden garage and within 30min someone was out to check my car, car was not fixable so got transported back to seaham all within 3 hours. Great service but hopefully don?t have to use yous again ?

We rented a Self Drive from them in June. Communication was excellent, people polite, punctual and service prompt and efficient. Car was well maintained. When we had some issues with the Engine, they were very helpful and got the issue resolved. This is the second time we have rented a Self Drive from them and highly recommend them.

On the hottest day ever , my car key was stuck in the ignition and I pulled it apart trying to get it out .The two mechanics were so kind taking the bent key out and straightening it . Fixed it in two minutes and sent me on my way .They must raise their eyebrows when they get these? old ? women with their car problems pulling up on their forecourt, but their manners were impeccable . I can?t praise them enough . Thank You .
