No face to face appointments with GPs. Must ring at 8am in the desperate hope that you are granted an appointment.
Or fill out an online form and get a telephone appointment 2 weeks later.
Not very good for someone with a serious ongoing heart condition.

Short waiting time, not many people in the waiting room and chairs well spaced. Nurse and Nurse Practitioner both very helpful and nice.

My husband and I recently.joined the practice. What a pleasant difference to our old one in Workington.The doctors, nurses and reception staff are so efficient, friendly and helpful. The receptionists answer the phone without the usual long wait and the message we have been used to at our previous drs of ?you are number 27 in the queue?All staff in doctors practices are under extreme pressure at the moment, but we have found our new practice to be really efficient. Thank you to all.
