No face to face appointments with GPs. Must ring at 8am in the desperate hope that you are granted an appointment. Or fill out an online form and get a telephone appointment 2 weeks later. Not very good for someone with a serious ongoing heart condition.

Short waiting time, not many people in the waiting room and chairs well spaced. Nurse and Nurse Practitioner both very helpful and nice.
