Food was nearly 2hrs late, the food stone cold & rubbery, frozen lemonades melted, no ice creams, dips or straws, offered measly £10 to still get delivery because no refund at all on £50 order if cancelled tho not my fault! Absolutely disgusting, been 30yrs since had a burger King & won't be having another, far better for less out there!

Brilliants service from one man and a small lass behind the counter. Wasn?t sure what to order so they recommended me a chicken ceaser royal and it was delicious! They were so helpful and the service was great! I went at 11am ish today (15/08/25). Will definitely be coming back.

Server made several errors with our meals but was quick to rectify, was a nice chap, cleanliness was lacking, tables dirty and bins overflowing

The food was good quality minus the fact that they do offer money off and other deals which they never validate.
There isn't much point in the app for loyalty benefits if they refuse to honour them.
The state of the restaurant was horrendous and the toilets speak for themselves. There was faeces on the floor, toilet seat and door handle, ir seems that the toilets haven't been cleaned in some time and if anyone with medical issues were to use them they could be in danger of potential infection or exposure to this.

The manager or the guy in charge wasn't really helpful as fast food isn't my go to so needed some help discussing the menu. One of the counter staff Dillon was more than helpful and made the experience much better, he was polite, and helped me choose the meals. He should actually be on the management staff in my opinion and I will return to Burger King again thanks to Dillon.

Unable to link loyalty code. Chips like cardboard and cold. No milk. Coffees machine broken. Staff not interested. Could not claim reward at kiosk, told to claim with cashier. Cashier told me to claim at kiosk, but both cashier and manager didn?t know how to use kiosk.

Absolutely shocking experience here. At 8.30pm after a hospital visit we came for tea, a family of 4. The drive through was closed so we went inside. It was like it was closing up. Tables packed up. We placed our order 2 x large XL Bacon cheeseburger meals and large Chicken Royal meals with chilli bites and onion rings. Ben and Jerry's to finish.
We had to wait for over 30 mins as the bun machine had got items stuck in it. That was ok but what wasn't OK was £48 for the worst food I have ever had from anywhere!!!!
Whilst we were waiting I notice the chips were under the burger warmer in a plastic box and were put into the fries bags from there.
When I started to eat them they were like yesterday's chips. Luke warm, stale and tasteless. I left these and whilst I calmed down thinking I won't complain, I ate my XL burger, which again was luke warm but I was hungry and mad so just ate it. It was only when my partner started to eat his XL BURGER that he said straight away wheres the bacon? I realised that mine was missing too. In he went and told the staff. They gave him another XL. Back in the car and he checked it. Only to see those little bits of something looking like bacon (see photo). He went back in and the staff weren't bothered at all and just said that they didn't have any streaky stuff that's all they had!
There were several people inside and another man said he was watching another staff member kept touching the chips with the back of his hand so the man asked him why, he said he was checking they were warm! But that he had clean hands.....not a good experience at all. You pay £50 and expect more than this......I wil never come here again that's for sure. Shame on you burger king. I am not the only customer you lost tonight...
