Absolutely stunning place, both to stay and see. The staff were fabulous, Andrew, Chloe, Will, and a few others but I've unfortunately forgotten their names. Food was tremendous, beer fantastic, rooms spotless and wonderfully comfortable. I'm sorry I couldn't stay longer. But that means I will certainly be back. If there were ten stars I'd give them all.Rooms: Stupendously comfortable and quiet, well supplied with essentials such as tea.Nearby activities: Walking, hiking, climbing the Whernside & Ingleborough, and seeing the masterpiece of engineering: Ribblehead Viaduct.Walkability: A good day's walk is not too far away - I did 10 or 12 miles a day. And you could do more. The inn is also very easy to get to from the railway station; just a couple of minutes walk.Food & drinks: English pub ales are the best, nothing beats 'em. Grab the Ploughmans if you can: such a heaping of cheese and sausage and ham and bread and pickles. Breakfast(if staying) is terribly good as well.

Lovely place to recover after hiking all day. A lovely welcoming pub with a fine range of real ales and an excellent menu, the tomahawk pork chops were excellent. The rooms were very comfortable with amazing views and a super breakfast to top it off. Highly recommended!

Such a great pub, always booked up so get your table booked, but we?ve arrived a couple of tons with no booking and they can?t do enough for you, always squeezing you in! Food is great and good portions, exactly what it should be for the 3 Peaks?. ?

Great range of local ales on rotation, a wide range of wine and spirits. Friendly staff and amazing views. Parking can be a bit tight in high season but that?s to be expected for its location. Highly recommended calling in to anyone passingFood & drinks: Pub grub with well kept ales

Day trip to Ribblehead what a find the Station Inn was. The nicest staff who made us feel really welcome they were helpful made us feel like they were really pleased to have us there, and the food was delicious. Fish finger sandwich and chips after a good walk was just the job. Great location and although we ate outside and the road is nearby it wasn?t too bad at all. It was very busy as it was a weekend visit. I?m going back again
