Had the best ever beef burgers in my life, 8oz made to perfection. Very friendly staff. Food arrived very promptly and the prices were reasonable. Would go again and would recommend. Punctuated a good weekend

We called in on our way back to where we were staying for food, as the reviews were good. We ordered the Fish n Chips and the Burger. Both were of good size portions and tasted very good. Service was good. Worth a try if passing.

Real coal fire. Beautiful views, close to Lake Coniston, Old Man of Coniston and other walks, cycle paths, bike and boat hire, horse riding and Peter Rabbit Country. Windermere, Bowness & Ambleside, Hawkshead all close by.
