Closed Early, door said it was open until 8pm but I got there at 7:45 and the door was locked and they said it was closed

15 minute wait in the drive thru and there was only 3 cars in front... clearly understaffed.....if you can't staff it don't open it! Good coffee though.

I quietly detest Starbucks. Unfortunately my good friend finds they fit his needs so I humour him. Last time 2 mugs if hot water ,each with a green tea bag in, plus a gingerbread man. Cost £9.60! Daylight robbery.
The place is light but with no soft furnishings or sound absorbing materials it is horribly noisy when busy.

Typical Starbucks but the friendliness and interactions with the staff just lift it that little bit more

Often use Starbucks Cockermouth, usually just a coffee or something along those lines.
Staff always friendly and clearly working hard to serve, clean tables, check condition of toilets etc.
On occasion it can be hard to find a table..you see people sitting with laptops open, empty cups working.
A member of staff even mentioned some sit like this for hours which hogs tables for others.
