Shambles. Sat in all day and no delivery attempted and card slipped through quietly with out knocking or ringing the bell. Not left in safe place. And wait the delivery office is open 2 hours a week 8-10am. I mean there are cut backs and completely superfluous excuses for a service. Pitiful

got a red card for a missed delivery which I think is my ID card for my new Job bit I've just checked the cockermouth delivery office and the next time its open is between 4 and 7 next Thursday???This is ridiculous!

Staff are brilliant but hours are rubbish. If you work it's almost impossible to pick your parcel up untill the weekend.

What a joke of a system! I tracked a parcel this morning and it said it would be out for delivery today. I tried selecting a safe place but I couldn't so I figured, not a problem as I'd be in working from my laptop all day. 12 o'clock comes and I see our post lady driving past, she's doing the rounds and then I see her driving away not coming to our house. I quickly go to track my parcel again and online (bare in mind I have no slip put through the letter box) says something along the lines of 'we missed you, you weren't in'. Only after this I was allowed to arrange delivery for tomorrow. I looked at the Tracking History and it doesn't even show me the full information it was giving me this morning. If my parcel was meant to be delivered today, why does this not show in the history or why didn't I get a 'Something for you slip' and more so why wasn't I allowed to select 'deliver today' when I tracked the parcel in the morning. This system needs sorting out. Now I have to wait another day as I can't go get my parcel from the sorting office.
