Very disappointed,I have paid deposit for BMW 850i,week after finance was sorted, I drove there from London 6 hours, been told the car is in mint condition, was advertised 1 owner from new , but unfortunately 4 owners, the seats were damaged and leather was looking like 10 years old?.Absolutely liars, all of them was looking in the floor including the manager and Martin Sgharp?Don?t buy anything from them, unless you have checked before arriving there?.They make me unhappy?.

We did a trade-in deal with Martin Sharp, and he was excellent to deal with. We had travelled from NI to pick the car and were put up in a local hotel by the dealership. I would highly recommend Lloyd BMW.

I have a great contact with Mr. Neil, Mr. Shane and Mr. Kevin! Thanks all of them!My car was broke down at Lake District at 3rd Aug. bmw emergency tow my car to the cockermouth bmw store. In the next 4 months, I was so busy like I need to contact with insurance company, move my apartment, back to China, finish my dissertation, and take my UK driver license. They take care of my car well! At 4/12/2023, I collect my car at Penrith! That?s amazing experience!

Absolutely rubbish unethical business and behaviour, they sold me a X5 brand new car, received a holding deposit but didn't waited for the bank to communicate with them for the completion of paperwork and exchange of invoice. This morning a I received an email message from their liar and misleading sales manager."It's Jackson at Lloyd BMW Cockermouth. I have tried contacting you over the weekend as we are yet to hear from HSBC regarding the purchase of the X5... Sadly the X5 we had with your preferred alloys (the one we were going to swap wheels with) has been sold/delivered. I can now no longer offer the wheel swap unfortunately."This guy never contacted me but out of greed has sold the car which sold to me.

Here is my story.Took my car to BMW Lloyd Cockermouth because the Engine Management Light came on. They diagnosed and replaced two 'faulty' parts, test drove the car and informed me the car was repaired at a cost of around £600. I drove the car about 15 miles and the EML light reappeared.Back to BMW who this time diagnose a blocked pipe. When they replace the pipe I was informed they had sheared a manifold bolt resulting in the need for a new manifold and a bill of around £1400 that I had to pay in order to get the car back.BMW Lloyd Cockermouth do not accept any liability. They claim that the two parts they unoriginally replaced masked the blocked pipe issue and have changed they story about the sheared bold now claiming the bolts were seized and therefore a new manifold would be required.So make up your own mind.
