Went in today to speak about booking a holiday, spoke to one gentleman who was very rude to myself and my partner. Spoke down to us about the entire time and insinuated that we wouldn't even be able to afford where we wanted to go and kept suggesting we looked into other places that were cheaper without even asking us about how much we wanted to spend. Very condescending, would NOT recommend.\\nUpdated on owners response: The advice provided was not only incorrect (I have completed my own research at home and the estimates provided are massively incorrect) but rude which is my main reason for not recommending this place. He was unwilling to support us to try find a hotel or flights, never even discussed what are budget even was. My opinion is to stay clear.

Cockermouth travel team with the booking led by their newest member Evie took all the stress out of arranging this amazing pre Christmas holiday to Grand Canaria , even booking us the desired pool room at the Raddison Blu that is so had to arrange .

Staff are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful....but as a suggested improvement, I feel a bit more human warmth, humour, smiling etc. would help.I came out today with my documents feeling confident that everything was in order, but not exactly on top of the world. One feels as if you have purchased a life insurance policy rather than an exciting holiday abroad. I will definitely still support this fine local business though!
