Great course, fantastic views but pick your weather. Can be windy and it's on the edge of the Lake District so may be wet.

Friendly reception by staff. Had Sunday lunch which was quickly served, hot and very tasty. Staff are very accommodating. If visiting this part of the Lake District then give it a try. You will not be disappointed. Great value.

Course is in great condition. Always a pleasure to play it. Staff are helpful & friendly. Bar is spacious & good food. It's now a regular on our tours to the lakes.

Great course & views, staff & food both good. Would of been 5 star apart from a problem with the greens that we were informed about before we played. They are working on these & look forward to another visit in the future.

First time at this club. Very very undulating terrain, will test a golfers fitness. The course is on a high elevation so wide open to all weathers.Very windy on our first day, but sunny for the second and third days but windy. Greens are quite small and I felt a little slow. Staff in the clubhouse, led by Steve were fantastic and so welcoming. Some of the scenery is breathtaking we could even see southern Scotland.

A good challenging course, a bit hilly so would recommend a buggy, also don't forget to bring appropriate clothing because it can get quite chilly even in July

Its a dhort hillycourse with lots of quality holes and some blind tee offs to keep you guessing. The fairways and greens were in good condition when we played in the August charity open. Food was good with the staff and organisers very friendly and willing to help. I will definitely be playing again next year. Thanks for putting on a great day.
