Tom and the pharmacist were amazing, help reassure and assist us which has helped us avoid a hospital admission or using a+e when it wasn't needed. Definitely an asset to the NHS well done.

IF I COULD AWARD NO STARS I WOULD .Totally incompetent. They deliver to wrong address, they lie to clients, and rarely have your full prescription .Clearly they don't care if they leave people without their pain medication. Sometimes you can hear them in the background when they have silenced the phone, giggling.Unprofessional and untrustworthy.I'm seeking to complain through the general pharmaceutical council and the local MP.

I wish that I?d asked for the young man?s name. He had a beard. He couldn?t have been more helpful & went out of his way to accommodate me

Serving staff are well meaning but this place must be ran so badly for it to perform so poorly.

Good luck trying to speak with anyone at the pharmacy by phone. It?s either busy or rings for about 3 minutes then cuts out . I have found the only way to speak with anyone is present myself in person which is a pain when it?s 20 minutes by car.

Extremely nice, helpful people who do, I think, a very difficult and complex job, which they do with a smile.....to us customers! What it's like behind the scenes ......!We need you in these problematic times, thanks...

I have a repeat presentation for medication after suffering a heart attack. The dose and prescription never changes.Every single month I end up chasing them up as its NEVER delivered on time.I've found a few staff decent there but most have been rude and very unhelpful with one arguing with my saying "this isn't heart medication"....which is EXACTLY what it is.Here I am again with no medication yet put my prescription in 5 days ago. Nobody answers the phone and was promised it would be here 2 days ago.Absolutely useless.

I stopped collecting my medicines from here and have them sent to another pharmacy. They had either lost them and spent ages trying to locate them on the shelves or had not processed them. The wait to receive them is appalling. I just dreaded going to collect them.My young Son also once received the wrong dose / size of his anti depressants, which had he not noticed prior to taking them could have had awful consequences for him. Luckily the tablet was slightly different to the ones he usually takes, which is prompted him to check the packet.

Incorrect and differing information given out by 3 members of staff including the lead Pharmacist and I never actually recieved the medication I needed. Excuses were made and the nhs systems were blamed with no responsibility taken for their mistakes. I absolutely would not recommend using this pharmacy.

There have been stock issues but I think the staff have always done their best to help, they certainly have for me and their pharmacist Ali can't do enough for you and always finds time to talk and sort things out. My partner picks my medicine up and trust me my GP prescription people are bad enough...there have only been issues with stock like I said but they can't help that.

This is a real stretch awarding one star. Visited here a couple of months ago to pick up my partners prescription. After waiting half a hour in the car I went to see what was wrong. My partner said they can't find the prescription. I then witnessed the staff say to my partner a number of times "you must have had it" - she replied she hadn't. They then claimed "well it must be on the van" so we asked well is it on the van? They couldn't confirm either way.Unbeknown to me there was two other members of staff on their hands and knees looking in a cupboard for it. Another 20 minutes lapsed and one of them stood up shouting she'd found it. They were extremely pleased with themselves - the whole episode lasted nearly a hour.We have been told on numerous occasions that prescriptions were there only to find they're not. They even told me to visit first thing in the morning as the medication will be in. Went first thing only to be told "why have you come this early our deliveries don't come until about 11am."There have been numerous other incidents - too many to recall let alone write about. However, the latest - visited on 28th March and got part prescription as they didn't have the other stuff in. They said they would generate another prescription for the outstanding medication that we could pick up the day after and take to another pharmacy. We went two days later at a very quiet period (8pm) - they couldn't find the prescription so claimed it must've been left at reception which was closed. They then sent out an email to all the staff so asked us to take a seat. I left my partner there and went off, ordered and received takeaway food. When I returned my partner was still there waiting for a response. One of them eventually replied saying she'd put the prescription in one of the boxes - they still couldn't find it.We naturally asked so where is it - the reply, "it must be in one of the other boxes". We then asked "so is it lost" reply "no, we just can't find it" our reply "is that not the definition of lost then" reply "no."The staff member then said our colleague said it was in this box but it's not there and we can't find it - pretty lost to me. They claimed they had a number of boxes so I asked if they were numbered or identified in any way - reply was no and it wasn't up to them to come up with an identification system. My partner goes another few days without her medication and starts every day in tears. There was going to be a claim that they didn't appreciate how I was speaking to them - I said I'm not being rude, I'm not shouting, I'm not swearing but I am asking questions about a lost prescription - the reply yet again was "it's not lost but we have had teething problems".Forgive my ignorance but I thought teething problems were for infantile companies not establishments that have been running for years.Reading other reviews - unfortunately we're not alone. This place is in total chaos and seemingly getting worse by the day. Unfortunately, we can't bypass this place as the GP's send the scripts to this pharmacy. If you request them to be sent elsewhere this pharmacy is supposed to do that but they take an absolute eternity to do so.Our only solution is to switch GP's to avoid this place. I'm yet to meet anyone who has a good word for the place. Oh, finally - they called me in to have a blood pressure monitor fitted, said they'd gave it a good clean and put it on my arm.Had to leave work to get it fitted only to find they hadn't even charged it and it didn't take one single reading all the time I had it. Surely, that's a basic to expect - the thing to be charged up. Sorry but pathetic isn't too strong of a word for this place.I hope someone in authority reads this as I am more than happy to discuss our experiences with them.
