Delightful <3 the shop looks like a set from a miss marple or 'murder she wrote' or something in the best possible way. gorgeous old fashioned displays and different sweets for each season. These halloween ones were so cute and great quality. never change!

I live in Canada and send chocolates to my U.K. family - birthdays, Christmas, Mother's Day, other days, etc.Had to rethink sending Canada's best (Purdy's) due to the cost of shipping.Been looking all over the U.K. for a good alternate.Found Friars.Friars now officially the favorite.

Fab sweetie shop, we always go here when we visit Keswick! Lots of different items on offer, chocolates, sweets, toys! Some items are a bit pricey for what they are but everything is excellent quality so happy to spend the extra money! My favourite is the cinder toffee!

Made an online purchase and was pleased. Parcel was well-packaged (and recyclable), and the products are presented tastefully, with good attention to detail. Quality of chocolate and filling tastes good.

I've been buying chocolate at Friars for over 30 years. The store feels like an old chocolate shop should and they have a massive selection.The service is always excellent and the chocolates divine.

Fantastic customer service! Royal Mail lost my original order but Friars re-sent the order, next day delivery at no extra charge.
