Brilliant selection? Yes. Brilliant quality? Yes. Expensive? Yes, but worth every penny. Go on, treat yourself. Fantastic little shop.

This is a really great experience for children and adults alike. The only thing that let's the place down is lack of toilet facilities. You have to use the public toilets across the road, which are 60p to use, but which are not very nice nor hygienic. There us no baby change facilities in the gents, so single dads will be a little stuck.
Aside from this The Chocolate Factory was great with great, polite staff. We would certainly recommend a visist?

Good selection of fudge and chocolate. Fudge is freshly made. We bought few flavours. Nice staff.

Salted caramel chocolate bar. Extremely disappointing flavour. I assume they are playing on tourists good nature to try local produce. A mistake I will not make again with this brand. Bland, mediocre, average, poor are just afew thoughts on this premium priced product. Try elsewhere is my opinion

Not worth the travel just for the chocolate factory. It is a fair distance and windy road. Mainly for kids or groups who want to do a chocolate making session. Otherwise , a regular chocolate shop.

I took my daughter to your chocolate factory and it is a very good place to make your own chocolate and it was fun for her. It's also good that they explain where chocolate comes from. The only problem is that they don't explain the origin of chocolate well and that confuses people. Because the chocolate is 100% Mexican. The history of chocolate begins its 4,000 years of history in ancient Mesoamerica, present day Mexico and the birthplace of chocolate. It?s here that the first cacao plants, the plant which chocolate is made from, were found. As a Mexican, I would like you to please update your information about the origin of cacao and add the Olmecs, Mayans and Aztecs who were the first to use cacao ??

What an amazing find! We stumbled upon this shop by accident and once inside the kids couldn't help but want to join in the chocolate making class! Staff were very helpful, classes on the hour. The kids enjoyed their class and brought home 3 chockate items each that they made! 100% worth the money.
