I came to the Marton Arms last weekend for a 40th birthday weekend with my husband. The hotel was lovely & very clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. The cheese soufflé & the fillet steak were unreal! Thank you. We will definitely be back!

After a three-hour trek on the Ingleton Waterfall Walk, five of us?locals who enjoy supporting village pubs?headed to the Marton Arms for a well-earned pint. Instead of a warm welcome, we were told we couldn?t sit at an empty table unless ordering food. We were ushered to a high table with just three stools?so two of us stood the entire time?despite being surrounded by vacant tables.
Service was slow, but worse was the attitude: we felt like a nuisance for wanting to buy drinks without a meal. Ironically, had they shown even a hint of hospitality, we?d likely have stayed for food. Instead, we rang around and found the Barbon Inn, where they gave us seats, smiles, and a great meal.
If you?re looking for a pub that values hospitality over squeezing in another food cover, skip the Marton Arms.
It?s a real shame?especially as locals?to be made to feel unwelcome, and they?ve lost our future business for both food and drinks.

Great food, great service and great food. Suitable for all the family. Put on extra vegetarian options for us too. Couldn?t have been more accommodating for us. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and a wonderful part of the world. Highly recommend

I?ve came for a holiday and dropped by this pub on a walk. Very friendly atmosphere, dog friendly, not cheap but amazing quality food, highly recommended.

We were staying in Ingleton and walked the 15 minutes walk to the Marton Arms for tea. The food, drinks and staff were all amazing. Everything was very well cooked and presented. No complaints and would definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for food and/or a drink. Thank you.

We stopped here because it was really wet and our accommodation at Ingleton YHA was not open. They were really nice even though we were dripping with rain. The inside of the pub is very smart.

Really warm welcome for us and our dog (on a rainy June Evening), we both had the impressive Sunday roast, all elements were standout. Lovely wine list too. Well worth a visit. Clearly very popular with the locals too.
