My wife and I had Sunday lunch, the service was great with attentive staff who were very friendly. Unfortunately the food wasn't to our liking. The beef was extremely thinly sliced, (not sure if it was delivered to the kitchen like that), also the chicken was very dry, and the veg was quite tasteless. I'm not entirely sure if the mashed potato was made from scratch, but the roast potatoes, gravy and Yorkshire pudding were fine. The beer was well kept and very nice, and fairly priced. We would return, but not just for food, as they are dog friendly and as I said, the staff were nice and the drinks are fairly priced.

Ordered 2 soups at lunchtime yesterday. Unfortunately after 25 mins asked if maybe we had been forgotten. The soups were promptly brought to us luke warm and bread stale!

Lovely pub in a fantastic setting with great views of the shoreline. The beer on tap was very pleasant and easy drinking! The food was enjoyable, plentiful and reasonably priced with plenty of choice. The young lady who served us was very helpful and friendly, we highly recommend and would certainly return.

Poppy and her colleague looked after us really well, the food was excellent and brilliant portion sizes. You can call the pub to reserve a table or just walk in. They had a good selection of local ales. Seating outside gives you the opportunity to watch the tide rise and if you are lucky enough the bore that comes rushing in from the coast. Great location lovely people.

Lovely pub with really very good food. Though on one occasion I watched my lunch do a tour of the outdoor terrace, before it arrived back indoors in front of me. Luckily it was a sandwich and hadn't gone cold. Other than that we've eaten here twice and spent last night having a few drinks with our holiday UNO tournament. Very highly recommended. Lovely staff too.

We were out on a walk from Silverdale holiday park to Arnside via Arnside tower ruins & the National Trust woodland trails. We walked along the beach/promenade & decided to have lunch at The Albion. We both had fish (haddock) & chips (one with garden peas one with mushy peas)...it was freshly cooked & tasted delicious. The staff were very friendly & the atmosphere in the pub was very positive. If you are in Arnside & looking for something to eat or drink then I can highly recommend that you go to The Albion.

Great pub and friendly staff. A group of us visited after a run/walk up Arnside knott and had a great pint afterwards. Nice views from inside and a good beer garden.

Just a good friday afternoon pub experience with a good range of new and old beers. Excellent mid 2000s Brit-rock playlist too ?
