This place is an absolute disgrace, got served fries that were CAKED in salt. I went up to the counter and ask for some fresh fries as those ones were inedible. The staff said no problem took them off me and binned them saying I will get fresh ones. I waited 30mins to get new fries went up to them 3 times asking for them and being told it will be 1 minute. The last time I had went up and asked if I was getting them or not the member of staff laughed in my face and said he didn?t know anything about it. Worst service I?ve ever experienced. DO NOT RECCOMEND

Absolute disgrace to the Burger King brand, ordered a double whopper and was given a double cheeseburger. When opened there was enough oil and grease in the packet you could?ve used to service a car; when returned to the counter and asked for what was originally ordered was told that whopper would be cooked the same way. Looks like the burgers are cooked in the fryers and not on the grill as per advertised. Totally disgusting, ended up getting a refund.

Slow service, burger cold, fries cold and very salty, onion rings cold and soggy, chocolate milkshake didn't really taste of anything, staff very unenthusiastic, my advice AVOID

Rubbish service. Staff ignored me for 5 minutes whilst i atood waiting to order from the till, even though they repeatedly walked past me. Already driven off before realising burger was cold and greasy, with a half full bag of chips (which considering how small your portions are is pretty shocking) Worst fast food at an expensive price.

Hopeless service. Waited 20 minutes for food but it still wasn't ready before I had to leave. No urgency from the staff. Avoid.

I begrudge having food I have paid for. Thrown at me. Youngish lad with a modern haircut and the manners of a rat. I will never visit again. 3178 was my order number on the 22nd November 2024.
