Wow, I can't praise this shop high enough. I have been trying to find a new perfume for a few years now and I find most too sweet and sickly and where I have tried before the sales staff too pushy, but not this shop. The sales person could not be more helpful no matter how many I tried. It was a complete 5* experience.

Quite the rudest sales person I have come across for quite some time. Extremely rude after an attempt at some friendly conversation.

We often go to the Ilkley shop. On holiday in the Lake District we came across the Kirkby Lonsdale branch. It was closed due to "lunch" at 3pm. We were accosted by a rude man outside the shop. We returned half an hour later when it was open again, unfortunately accosted by the same man who followed me in and kept making...
