I would not send a parcel with Yodel even if is free. Don't understand why some sellers do that. Py parcel was supposed to be delivered in Saturday, after re-schedule for Monday, but didn't turned up. No updates, poor service from Yodel.

The parcel was well looked after, and the tracking service gave accurate information even though they had not been able to deliver it.

If i could leave no stars at all i would, 2 consecutive days a driver made no attempt to deliver my parcel, came down our road turned around and drove off never getting out of his van, cant get to speak to an actual real person. Avoid using at all costs worst delivery film ever.

Drivers never use door bell. Knick on door with a feather. I stay in for delivery yet it?s always left with a neighbour or returned to Carlisle depot. Ridiculous.

Yesterday 6th December I received delivery of two heavy boxes of wine. Depot 41 CARL 185. Contrary to the label instructions they were not left in the front porch but on the front doorstep, although the door was unlocked. Far too heavy for me to lift into the house.I live alone and am 83. Had to get help. THIS IS NOT UP TO YOUR USUAL STANDARD!

What a terrible company. Waited for a parcel all day. Not delivered. No notification. Looks like they sent it back to a sorting hub. Cancelled my order which was for £700. I will tell the company why I cancelled and suggest they get a decent courier.

If I could I?d of picked another courier to deliver, parcel is over 4 hours late from the ?delivery window?, not been updated to say they?ll be late and when speaking to customer support they say the driver has up to 9pm to deliver. The company need to know what time management is as not everyone has time to sit and wait all day

Did not deliver the order after confirmation. Do not bother to call or keep me informed of what is going. They give you hundreds 'sorry' but not your item you bought!

Do not use this company! After parcel not moving on the tracking for days. Finally starts moving says out for delivery. Then says sorry we missed you calling card left. No calling card left and someone was at business next door and didn't see any drivers arrive. Then when you try to call to complain you can't actually physically speak to someone

Item ordered on 4/3/23 on a 3-7 day delivery. 15 days later not arrived and the opportunity to gift the item with the sentiment intended has been missed.The app confirmed that the item was "at depot". The excuse the seller received a number of days into this period is that Yodel had been affected by heavy snow! Snow was an issue in the UK for 24-48 hours.Online chat was useless, responses were largely in the form of re-created templates as opposed to pro-actively helping. The advice I got was to wait a few more days. This is not good customer service.I have advised the seller to use a much more reliable courier in future
