Good at what they do. For a no frills hardware store, the stock levels are usually good, store always tidy, and better priced than some, but you need to pick out the best of the litter when it comes to timber products, as the quality is very varied at times.

Why does Wickes continue to use DX for deliveries? I specifically needed 'next day delivery' as promised by Wickes but have just received atext from DX saying delivery delayed for another day. This happens too often with DX and Wickes should drop them as a dlivery partner. Absolutely fed up.

Bought a kitchen 3 years ago still not installed properly, had one refit and still couldn't install right, spent a lot of money on this kitchen, complained about it but Wickes didn't care, still on going very disgusted with Wickes they just don't care, Wickes products are good it's just the installation of it,just a bunch of cowboy's, some of the problems have been sorted out but not all, my wive is just heart broken,

Bought a Bathroom and fitting on finance, with an additional section for specialist works of an estimated £990, installer came to check and gave me a quote for the specialist works of £2300 how can it more than double - no answer from Wickes so have just cancelled the complete order, disgraceful - avoid at all costs

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from Wickes, a company I previously regarded as a professional and reliable franchise. The numerous issues I have encountered have not only caused significant inconvenience but have also resulted in unnecessary expenses and stress for my family.
On 3rd November, I raised the following concerns with your customer service team:
Delivery Issues: Your delivery team left our bathroom furniture outside, stating they were not insured to bring it over the threshold of our door.
Incorrect Design: The design you provided contained errors and missing information, rendering it unusable and causing additional expenses for building materials and furniture.
Insufficient Tile Quantities: You ordered tiles only for the walls, failing to account for our flooring needs. This mistake has cost us both time and money.
Lack of Professionalism: Despite multiple visits and calls to your store, we were advised to sell the bathroom furniture that did not fit because your design included oversized items. We were informed that refunds could not be processed in-store.
Incorrect Radiators: Instead of the black radiators specified in the design, you sent us two radiators?one gray and one blue.
Non-Responsive Customer Care: Despite your claim of a 48-hour response time, it has now been 21 days since I first reached out. My emails have gone unanswered, and my partner?s attempts to resolve this in-store, via email, and through platforms such as Trustpilot, Google, and Facebook have also been ignored.
I trust you will take this matter seriously and demonstrate the professionalism expected from a company of your stature
