Can't get through on the phone staff are always busy couldn't care less attitude toyaly the worst pharmacy I have delt with
I phoned for over 1 hour to see if my prescription was ready eventually I had to get the bus (I am somewhat disabled ) only to be told it was not here .
If one of them had answered the phone it could have saved me the trouble.
When I asked about this they just said we're busy. .
Totaly useless please go somewhere else

Bruce is the most helpful, man nothing is a problem when you go to get your items at the pharmacy. He devotes his time to the person he is serving and answers your queries, regardless of how many waiting.

They have a full week to sort my prescription but yet everytime I go to collect I'm stood waiting for 45minutes watching customers that came in after me being served before me, utterly ridiculous how slow the staff work. I'm thinking of nominating a pharmacy further away so I don't have to wait every single time ?

Extremely unpleasant pharmacist, waiting already 2 weeks on my child's medication and getting attitude like it's my fault. Would not recommend anyone this place

Last two visits.. 1. Get there at 3pm in a Tuesday. Sign on door to say closed at 2:30 due to being short staffed. Saturday morning get to pharmacy for just after the stated 9am opening time and there is a sign on the door to say no pharmacist opening at half past. Sat outside until almost 9:45 before they opened the doors!

Hang up the phone when you try ringing. Don't order medications in time. Constant excuses. Changing pharmacy.

Waited one hour for prescription finally got it then was told they only had half of it and to come back tomorrow, went back next day to be told no pharmacist in so couldn't get it told come back tomorrow, went back at 2pm they were just locking the door they said come back in an hour we're busy
