Bruce is the most helpful, man nothing is a problem when you go to get your items at the pharmacy. He devotes his time to the person he is serving and answers your queries, regardless of how many waiting.

They have a full week to sort my prescription but yet everytime I go to collect I'm stood waiting for 45minutes watching customers that came in after me being served before me, utterly ridiculous how slow the staff work. I'm thinking of nominating a pharmacy further away so I don't have to wait every single time ?

Extremely unpleasant pharmacist, waiting already 2 weeks on my child's medication and getting attitude like it's my fault. Would not recommend anyone this place

Last two visits.. 1. Get there at 3pm in a Tuesday. Sign on door to say closed at 2:30 due to being short staffed. Saturday morning get to pharmacy for just after the stated 9am opening time and there is a sign on the door to say no pharmacist opening at half past. Sat outside until almost 9:45 before they opened the doors!

Never answer the phone. Call about 57 times before someone answers.

Hang up the phone when you try ringing. Don't order medications in time. Constant excuses. Changing pharmacy.

Waited one hour for prescription finally got it then was told they only had half of it and to come back tomorrow, went back next day to be told no pharmacist in so couldn't get it told come back tomorrow, went back at 2pm they were just locking the door they said come back in an hour we're busy

Last 4 visits consisted of 1 .. Repeat prescription not there as it had not been delivered to doctors surgery. 2 .. 12 days after putting in repeat prescription was told it had only just arrived and needed to be put up, checked doctors surgery, they had sent it to pharmacy day 2nd day. 3 .. Next visit prescription not there again, again checked doctors who hadn't received it. 4 .. Then today opened at 9am to tell the 3 people waiting that could not issue any prescriptions as pharmacist was on holiday and waiting for a locum to turn up. I have only 2 of one of my tablets left and was calling in on my way to work. Unable to visit again until weekend due to work times, so for second time in 2 weeks I am having to go without my medication due to their incompetence. Absolute joke of a place.
