Absolutely awful experience. GP advised to see a pharmacist went to Orton road , huge queues zero privacy & staff who were totally disorganised. 1 member of staff serving & looking for prescriptions then whilst 'waiting for them to be checked took ages to assist the next customer , all of which could have been done In a much more timely manner. We were also advises that the wait to see the pharmacist was going to be in excess of 1/2 hour and to attend the walk in centre located on the other side of town. Terrible customer service

Wells Pharmacy are very helpful. The staff are great and get all my medicine from there. You get to meet new people every time I go to collect my medicine every month they are very busy sometimes you got to Wait for your medicine okay to me you can?t do nothing about it because they?re so busy. I still class five stars for the time you wait and men do when they do send you a text saying your medicines are already now I do go and collect it myself to check it till you may have to come back. If they haven?t got the stuff you do eventually get it you do get it it makes a day out for me inside, sitting around the house. Nothing to do. Thank you, Well Pharmacy I have no photos

Appalling.Tell me to come out my way to come to collect something because they stopped repeat perscriptions without telling me, get here and told that no they don?t do that and I can?t have what I need for my health. Abysmal, severe lack of training and evidently do not care about anybodies well being. Do not use.

Sat with a prescription for a week, went to collect and after waiting for over 30 minutes was told it was not available and would take 2 days to order In.

Very slow service everytime i go, you can be waiting over half an hour each time just to collect something and the staff dont seem to help eachother when the queue is very long. One always on the front on their own and a few staff members in the back who dont help but can be seen chatting away!
