Hard working, friendly staff. They have gone out of their way to help me many times. Even though it's a busy pharmacy, I've always been greeted with a smile and hello, Paul. I can't fault them at all.

Disgusting attitude from the pharmacist and the older lady! Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful! Nearly every time I?ve been in there there?s always been some issue! Friday I was told very rudely by the woman to go elsewhere after I questioned a cream that was prescribed for my 9 year old lad. That was the last straw for me! Place wants closing down!!

This Pharmacy never has the medication my son is prescribed. I've been in today and was told to come back in an hour and my sons prescription would be ready then. An hour later and apparently there isn't any of the medication in stock, and I will have to wait another 3 days. All the staff (which there are plenty of) seem to be floating about doing very little. There always seems to be several boxes of prescriptions on the floor waiting to be put away and the staff are just joking around with eachother. Just save the money and get rid of several staff, the service wouldn't change.

Medication missing from my 98 year old father?s prescription. No one will answer either pharmacies phones, they just hang up. I live 200 miles away!
I checked with Gp both meds were issued on the same day. It?s now Friday and he won?t have any all weekend as they will be closed. What a shambles.

Was prescribed urgent antibiotics on the Thursday. GP surgery confirmed prescription had been sent to pharmacy. Usual bluster pack delivery on Friday no antibiotics. Rang from 2pm to 6pm Friday afternoon and from 9 am to noon Saturday. Either engaged or was hung up on at leat 100 times. Bank Holiday on rhe Monday so tried thus morning Tuesday, same experience as Fri and Sat. Email of complaint sent to company. Response was very polite but no solution offered . The alternative contact number was unanswered . In the past they have been OK but this unacceptable. Citizens advice is my next port of call.

Every time you visit this place there is a long line, you get to the front eventually to be told ?we?ve not packaged your prescription up yet? ?come back another day? .
