I've been a client for 10 years now the service ,I've received is to dangerous I begged for 7days for my prescription nothing came until the Friday night ,,, Friday night rushed into the cumberland hospital with heart problems due to infection and having no repeat meds for 7days ! Well cheers well !!! Peter Cooke here I go !!! If you value your life and your health ! DONT ENTER THE BUILDING!!!

Attended today after GP advice via e consult.Absolutely brilliant service pharmacist was available immediately to assess and was able to prescribe antibiotics which were issued all in less than 15 minutes.

The Pharmacy is in a shambles,,I have had to wait for over two hours while the staff, First accused me of being a week Early....I paid £35:00 to the Taxi, so he could be useful elsewhere!!Then I overheard that my prescription is in one of the baskets,,,"Your guess is as good as mine..!!"Total Chaos!!I'd Advise you take the prescription to a different Pharmacy...I'm not usually this Harsh,,, but my Dog is better Organized!!Prove me Wrong....

All who use this pharmacy will know what I'm about to say ordered online 7 days in advance turn up qued for 50min told if I wait an hour we will prepare your stuff hang on!, Did I not order 7 days previously online!, Somone tell me the name of the manager needs sacked!,the poor staff have no guidance here !

Complete and utter waste of time when you don't answer the phone when people are genuinely ill and require the medication you hold TRY ANSWERING THE PHONE TO AT RISK PEOPLE !!!!!!!
