Absolutely unbelievable the lack of customer service I don’t blame the staff I think they work hard it’s the structure and system or lack of these two things that are the problem. Phone is never picked up, just have to go in person. Hasn't had 1 of my medicines in stock despite ordering with plenty of time for nearly half a year now. Some receptionists are attentive and considerate, some barely acknowledge your in front of them. Service averages out to OK despite the occasional shining pharmacist.

Even though there was atleast 10 people in the queue everyone was seen within 5-10 minutes which compared to other pharmacy's proves how efficient the overall staff are. Will definitely be using this store again.
