I went to this Waterstones near closing to trying to find a IELTS exam preparation book set . But couldn?t find anything related to ielts or an exam preparation book for that matter asked the staff they were helpful but I wrote this review for people who are teens trying to find Study book at Waterstones. So dont go here if you are looking for an exam preparation book but if you looking for board games or reading books then recommend it , it?s just like any other Waterstones.

Claire and Mandy were lovely this weekend. I was in Carlisle on holiday and popped in. Customer service was outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you very much ladies. Really nice to meet you.

I always like going into this place and having a look around when I?m in the area, it?s a very nice bookshop with a rather relaxing atmosphere to it! The staff are always really nice too!

Me and Waterstones have a history. Wherever i go, always buy something to remember me my visit. Really great book shop with impressive layout which has absolutely lovely coffee shop inside with plenty of seating.
Floor is full of book treasure. Different sections holding great selection of books. Got a new book to give me company for my journey back to London.

i love waterstones so much, the staff are so kind and the book selection is HUGE. the vibe of the shop is so cozy and really enjoyable. will be coming more often.

The staff in that place are brilliant! Always lovely and friendly, and will even go the extra step and share their opinion on certain books if they?ve read it. The place is always clean and organised. would be 5 stars if the manga section was bigger but they have a variety that?s for sure.

A nice place to visit! Has a wide selection of books, you can find almost anything. And there?s a cafe upstairs that is very cozy and cute. Definitely recommend going here when you can!
